Satpuda Valley School, a modern educational facility featuring a sustainable and biophilic design. The multi-story building incorporates a terracotta-colored perforated façade with integrated vertical gardens, allowing natural ventilation and reducing heat. A green tower covered in lush vegetation enhances the eco-friendly aesthetic.

In a vibrant Indian town - Betul in Madhya Pradesh, a 17.6 mtrs. x 55 mtrs. plot in the central plaza, flanked by neighboring residences serves as the canvas for an architectural masterpiece

The Phase-2 Master Plan exemplifies a holistic approach to community-centric urban planning, combining functionality, wellness, and placemaking within a well-structured residential framework. Rooted in clarity and movement, the plan organizes residential plots, public amenities, and recreational zones along a strong north-south axis that reinforces connectivity and cohesion.

The Rama Mall presents a robust and monumental facade, characterized by a repetitive grid of projecting volumes that create a strong sense of texture and depth. Constructed primarily of a light-colored material, possibly concrete or stone, the building exudes a sense of solidity and permanence.

Our design process sits at the intersection of space, program, form, aesthetics and material, encouraging inventive solutions that stem from design constraints.

The Rama Display Building in Raipur presents a contemporary facade with a focus on transparency and lightness. Its rectilinear form is articulated by a rhythmic grid of exposed structural members, likely steel or composite, creating a strong visual order.

The building facades feature a modular design with repetitive elements, creating a sense of rhythm and unity. Extensive use of glazing allows for ample natural light into the retail spaces and enhances visual connection to the street. A prominent horizontal band, possibly signage or a decorative element, runs across the length of the buildings, adding a strong visual element.
