With one duplex on the lower and upper floors each and two apartments in between, the residences bring together their varying spatial arrangements to create an interesting façade, one where voids and balconies form double height volumes.
The roof, perched above glass enclosures, is a prominent feature of the structure. Its form is a result of various design explorations, ranging from a flat profile to an undulating one.
