This area is visually anchored by iconic architectural forms and is nestled amidst greenery and water features, creating an inviting urban frontage.

Cultural & Civic Spaces:
Centrally positioned is a landscaped amphitheatre, acting as a cultural heart for community events and performances. It is surrounded by open plazas and green pockets, enhancing walkability and leisure.

Residential Layout:
The residential grid is meticulously planned with well-defined plots and internal roads, comprising Bungalow Types A, B, and C to cater to diverse family needs and premium lifestyles. The layout ensures privacy, green buffers, and accessibility. The housing area is interspersed with clubhouses and gardens to offer social and recreational hubs.

Recreational & Spiritual Amenities:
To the south, the Golf Court and Members Club House provide luxurious recreational options, while a temple integrates spirituality into daily life. Multiple clubhouses including a Gym Club House ensure wellness access across the site.

Community & Education:
A school is positioned near the northeastern edge, easily accessible to residents without disrupting the quiet of the bungalow zones. A well-defined Sport & Activity Zone anchors the southeast, featuring courts and play areas for all age groups.

Natural Integration:
A scenic waterfront development lines the northern boundary, offering nature trails and serene views, enhancing the site’s ecological and recreational value. Water bodies and landscape corridors are used as organizing elements across the master plan.

Connectivity & Movement:
A logical road hierarchy separates primary access routes from internal lanes, ensuring safety and ease of movement. Multiple entry points, including a residential gate, improve accessibility and controlled circulation.
This master plan harmoniously blends residential living with commercial, social, cultural, and natural elements—creating a self-sustained and vibrant urban ecosystem.
